Mogadishu, (insidesomalia.org) Four people were killed and other 19 people were injured on Monday in Beledwein ,the provincial capital of Hiran region in Somalia, say reports from the security officials in Beledwein town.

This comes after a day when insurgent forces took control of Balad town, 32km North of Mogadishu with out resistance from government forces.

The explosion in Beledwein town believed to be a landmine was targeted against government forces on routine, says witness.

The governor of Hiran region Yuosuf Hagar has survived an asssasination attempt for more than twice.

Last week Insurgents took over briefly Bulo Burte, the second largest town of Hiran region as well as Jowhar town, the provincial capital of Middle Shabelle region in Somalia where authorities in the region and security forces fled from the provicial capital before the insurgents captured it.

The took over of the AlShabaab Islamic group of Adado district, a district from the central regions of Somalia mainly dominated by Suleiman sub clan of Habar gidir has arised controversial over why the insurgents attack the area where most of its inhabitants were consdered to be supporters of the insurgent groups.

Ahmed Dirie, spokesman of Hawiya Traditional Council known to be firmly supported to the isurgents criticized and also comdemned the attack of the Alshabaab group of Adado district saying that it was intended as clan retaliation action done by certain clans who he said was beneficiaries of religoius cause by means of clan supermacy and power.

Somali government forces and the Ethiopians are fighting an Islamist insurgency which the United States says has links with al-Qaeda.

The Somali Islamists deny this, saying they are fighting an Ethiopian occupation.

Aid Agencies said that since last month 4,000 people had fled the fighting in capital Mogadishu while more than one million people fled Mogadiishu since 2006 when fighting started after a coalition of Somali governmnet forces backed by Ethiopian troops ousted Union of Islamic Courts from Mogadishu and most south Somalia which they controled for six months.

The United Nations says there are nearly two million Somalis in need of food aid, health care or shelter.

One of the most serious crisis points is around the Somali capital Mogadishu.

Hundreds of thousands of people have fled fighting in the city over the past year.

Somali Prime Minister is due to meet with Aid agencies in Nairobi, kenya in an attempt to improve aid deliveries to the war ravaged country.

The meeting between the aid officials and the Somali prime minister is taking place in Nairobi because Somalia is simply too dangerous.

The meeting in Nairobi on aid delivery takes place while the UN is also brokering tentative talks aimed at finding a political solution to Somalia's long running conflicts.

That is a mammoth task. Somalia has been at war for decades and parts of the country have even broken away to form autonomous regions.

Somalia lacked a united central government since 1991 when the former dictator of Mohamed Siyad Barre was ousted by factional groups that fought each other later.

After a two year long National Reconciliation Conference in the neighboring Kenya Transitional Federal Government was established and Abdullaahi Yousuf Ahmed was elected as the president of Somalia.

Somalia needs real reconciliation and peace and International community should support Somali people seek prevail their identity and return to the international political arenas.
